SACS Rugby Anniversary
SACS will celebrate 150 years of Rugby on Thursday
15 August at Kelvin Grove with a formal dinner. Only 30 tables
available for this formal dinner. More details to follow shortly.
Diarise please and share this with all SACS Rugby supporters and
especially Old Boys.

National Music Competition
SACS High
School
and a member of the SACS Old Boys Union, are proud to
launch a national classical music competition this year. With prize
money of over R21000, the competition promises to be an exciting
development for the future. By hosting a national classical music
competition, SACS intends to nurture the musical development of young
people and to enhance its commitment to promoting music at SACS. Thus,
the school rewards young people who have shown commitment to their
musical studies and have achieved a high degree of excellence.

'Ginger' Keen Remembered
Doctor Arthur
Donald “Ginger” Keen was
a celebrated cricketer, rugby player and on of SACS' greatest Old Boys
in the field of medicine. He died last year at the age of 96.

OBU Golf Day
The annual
SACS Old Boys Golf Day took place on
the 01st February at Rondebosch Golf Club. Four months prior, a golf
committee was established in an effort to resurrect the profile of the
annual event and in doing so give the SACS Old Boy golfing fraternity a
fun day out with an opportunity to connect and network with old friends
and SACS Alumni. By all accounts the day was an overwhelming success!
